Biderka privacy policy

Who we are

Biderka is an app developed and published by Technofuturenow LLC. For anything related to this policy or to your data, write to us at info@technofuturenow.com.

What is stored on your phone

Biderka stores the following on your own device, and only there:

• Your games in progress for each game (Faktore and Bide) and each difficulty.
• Your progress: unlocked difficulties, best scores, statistics and weekly challenge results.
• Whether you have completed or skipped each game's tutorial.
• Your preferences: language, light or dark theme, sound, vibration and animations.
• Whether you have unlocked Biderka Complete.
• How many games you have played, when you started playing and when the app last suggested rating it, so that it never asks too early or too often.

None of this is sent to any server. If you uninstall the app, it is deleted from your device.

Game updates

When it opens, Biderka checks whether there is a new version of the game (fixes and improvements that do not need to go through the store). That check is made to the servers of Expo, by 650 Industries, Inc., which provides this service on our behalf.

Only technical data is sent: the platform (Android or iOS), the app version and a random installation identifier that the app creates when it is installed. That identifier does not contain your name, your email or any phone or advertising identifier, and it does not let us know who you are. As with any internet connection, the server also sees the IP address the request comes from. This data is used only to deliver the right version of the game to you. See Expo's privacy policy.

In-app purchases

Biderka is free to download, and the tutorial and the first rounds of each game are free to play. The full game is unlocked with a one-time payment, Biderka Complete.

That payment is processed by Apple on the App Store and by Google on Google Play, depending on where you installed the game. To know whether you already own Biderka Complete (when the app opens, when you buy, or when you tap “Restore purchase”), the app asks your phone's store. We do not see, receive or store your card details or billing address. Each store handles that data under its own policy:

Ratings

If the app ever suggests rating it, it does so with the official App Store or Google Play window. Your rating is handled by the store; we receive no data about you through the app, and we do not know whether you have rated it.

Cloud backup: not available yet

Biderka has an optional backup ready, so that you can keep your progress when you change phones. It is not available today: the app does not show it and sends no data through it.

Before we switch it on, we will update this page first and change the date above. It will work like this:

• It will be off by default, and will only be switched on if you choose to in Settings.
• When you switch it on, the app will generate a random 16-character code that will be the only key to your backup. No account, no email and no password.
• Your games, progress and tutorial will be stored under that code. Your preferences, your name and any phone or advertising identifier will not be sent.
• The backup will be stored in Firebase, by Google, acting as data processor on our behalf, with an anonymous session identifier and encrypted transfer.
• Nobody will be able to search for your backup: our servers are not allowed to list stored backups, and one only opens with your exact code.
• You will be able to delete it yourself from Settings at any time.

What Biderka does not do

• It shows no ads of any kind.
• It uses no advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites.
• It does not ask you to create an account or give an email address.
• It has no chat, no profiles and no content published by other players.
• It does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location.
• It does not send notifications.
• It does not sell or share information with third parties.

System backups

Android and iOS back up installed apps. If that feature is turned on on your phone, Biderka's data may be included in your personal Google or iCloud backup and restored when you change devices. That backup belongs to your account and is under your control; we have no access to it.

Children

Biderka is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. Since the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

The European General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your personal data.

In Biderka's case we keep nothing on our servers that identifies you: the game's data is on your phone, and you can delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. If you still want to exercise any of those rights, or have any question, write to us at info@technofuturenow.com and we will reply within one month.
